About us
A new standard of veterinary care
SignalPET was created from a simple belief: better decision support is available to every veterinary team, for every case, not only for the select few cases that can wait for or afford specialist review.
Veterinary-led. Clinically grounded. Built for everyday care, on every case.
OUR STORY
Built by visionary vets, for vets
Dr. Neil Shaw, DVM, DACVIM (Small Animal Internal Medicine), has spent his career helping veterinary medicine move forward, from founding BluePearl Veterinary Partners to serving as the first Chief Medical Officer of Mars Veterinary Health.
Across general, emergency, and specialty practice, he noticed the same pattern time and again: clinicians wanted to provide patients with deeper diagnostic insight, but lacked the tools to make it possible.
That is why he founded SignalPET: to use advances in technology and AI to bring experienced decision support to every practice.
That is why he founded SignalPET: to use advances in technology and AI to bring experienced decision support to every practice aiming to empower clinicians to achieve 100% report coverage across every case.

OUR VISION
Better care for all pets
We believe that the future of veterinary care should feel more supported, not more distant.
Technology should help clinicians see more clearly, make decisions with greater confidence, and have better conversations with the families who trust them. It should respect the veterinarian’s judgment, be honest about uncertainty, and bring human expertise in when it matters most.
That is the future SignalPET is working toward: making advanced diagnostic support a standard part of everyday veterinary medicine.
Not as luxury.
Not just for referrals.
Not as last resort.
